1. What areas do you serve in the Riviera Maya?
We photograph and film weddings in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Puerto Morelos, Cozumel, and surrounding areas. If you’re planning a destination wedding anywhere in the Riviera Maya, we’ve got you covered.
2. Do you offer photography and videography packages together?
Yes! You can book photography or videography separately, or combine both in one complete package tailored to your needs.
3. Do you have experience with destination weddings for U.S. couples?
Absolutely. We specialize in destination weddings in the Riviera Maya and work regularly with couples traveling from the U.S. We know exactly how to make the process smooth and stress-free for you.
4. When will we receive our wedding photos and videos?
You’ll receive your fully edited photos within 30 days, and your wedding videos within 45 days.
5. What’s included in your full photo and video package?
Our most complete package includes:
• 8 hours of coverage on your wedding day
• Unlimited high-resolution photos taken with full-frame cameras and professionally retouched
• One pre-wedding photo shoot or a Trash the Dress session
• A 5-minute cinematic highlights video + a 30-40 minute feature film
• Four camera angles including aerial drone footage
• Professional lighting equipment
• One lead photographer + one lead videographer
6. How many photos do you deliver? Are they edited?
We typically deliver around 300 professionally edited photos, depending on the flow of your wedding day.
7. Do you record audio during the ceremony and vows?
Yes, we capture high-quality audio during the ceremony, speeches, and vows for an immersive and emotional video experience.
8. Do you offer extra sessions like Save the Date, Engagement, or Underwater Trash the Dress?
Yes, we offer all those sessions! If you’re dreaming of a unique underwater shoot in cenotes or a Trash the Dresss session in the ocean, we can make it happen.
9. Can you help us plan the best timeline for photos and video on the wedding day?
Definitely. We’re happy to suggest the perfect schedule so you get the most magical light, relaxed portraits, and seamless coverage throughout the day.
10. How do payments and bookings work? Can we pay from the U.S.?
Booking is easy! A 40% retainer is required to reserve your date, payable via bank transfer, PayPal, or MoneyGram. The remaining 60% is due one week before the wedding, or in cash the day prior. All payment methods are available for U.S. clients.
